If I could give no stars I would. I cancelled an online order on 20th June, promised a refund in 10 days, a month later am still waiting. Appalling service
One star given doe to dreadful delivery service
Ordered a nice watch which nearly a week later has not been delivered.
This is due to Ernest Jones using DX as a delivery service who just put any excuse and dont deliver the item -spoke with Lynn on live chat who said they have pictures of my front door ! this after sitting and waiting last delivery yesterday and getting a message saying we were not in -no van or car came no card left nothing!! and the first one saying non delivery due to address details given ( have full address from Ernest Jones)
Ernest Jones please start using a reliable delivery service and get my watch delivered !!

Grrrr frustrating!
The site is not easy to manoeuvre around, even though it looks easy. I gave up on 2 days and then after believing I had ordered the item I found after almost a week I had not. The item is now no longer available. I chose another item and it has taken almost 45 minutes to get the payment accepted. Very, very frustrating and I am no gadget numpty!

I purchased the Omega de ville Prestige watch however Ernest Jones failed to send through any communication 7 days after completing online purchase I took it upon my self to get in touch with the customer service team. This is when I found out my order was in pipeline due to the item being out of stock while the website continues to advertise the product for sale online. Please respect the customers time and their trust in choosing you to invest in luxury products. It's quite easy to say I will not be returning as a customer and will be spreading my experience to my family and friends so they know in advance to avoid disappointment.

Selling goods that aren't even in stock
Ordered a ring set online, but did not receive any order confirmation email. Contacted online chat who assured me the ring was being picked and would be with me in two days and my order confirmation was on the way with my shipping details. Still no email by the next day, so contacted chat who at this time assured me the ring had just been collected and was on the way and whilst chat we're writing this, an email came in to say that the order was cancelled!! The left hand clearly has no idea what the right hand is doing. I'm still waiting for my money to be returned, but apparently that's the banks fault. Actually Ernest Jones, that's your fault for advertising goods as in stock, taking payment for these goods when you don't actually have them and leaving me with no funds to get anything else for 7-10 days. Terrible way to run a business, treating customers so disrespectfully. Chat sent me a £50 voucher, but who wants to risk ordering anything else from this mickey mouse set up, only to get cancelled again? Totally recommend Fraser Hart for quality products and top customer service
